A stove or an electric stove can be delivered to the kitchen upon agreement. The bathroom has been renovated to a modern design and consists of a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate. All amenities are within walking distance. Housing is suitable for both individuals and couples. Currently, a tenant still lives here, however tours are possible by appointment.
We prefer a long-term lease. Lease contracts and all real estate services are a matter of course.
Rent 8,500 CZK / month, fees 3,500 CZK (+ electricity is transferred to the tenant), refundable security deposit 15,000 CZK, RK commission 8,500 CZK, ready to move in from 1/7/2024 at the earliest, ev. by arrangement during the summer (but no later than September 1, 2024).
