Sveti Vlas is one of the more expensive locations in Bulgaria. However, you can rent an apartment here all year round, thanks to a lot of digital nomads who can work here.
3. Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach is the largest and most popular tourist destination in Bulgaria. With long sandy beaches, extensive nightlife and a large number of restaurants and shops, this location is irresistible to tourists. For investors, the Sunny Beach offers a stable rental income during the summer season and the opportunity to invest in apartments in hotel complexes that can be managed as high-occupancy hotels. Alternatively, it is possible to set up the selected real estate within the framework of the Bulgarian RK directly in repayment and only have a smaller deposit as principal without the need for a pledge in the Czech Republic. And, of course, a mortgage can be solved directly in Bulgaria, but there is already a certain administration and other conditions associated with that.
