Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day following the date on which the contract was concluded. You may withdraw from the contract by making any unequivocal statement sent to Linhartova Private Investment s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, or by e-mail to kristyna@investment-linhartova.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund the payment within 14 days using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction.

For an online course, the right of withdrawal expires once the course has been made available to you, provided that you have given your consent. For a service that has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided.
