Workshops
Our company focuses on education in 3 areas – investment, real estate, finance and business. All workshops are held at our company in a pleasant environment in Prague 1, where refreshments are available in the form of water, coffee, tea and small snacks. Each participant receives a training script and a notebook. The maximum number of participants is 8 to maintain our high standards and private environment. The minimum number of participants to realize the course is 3 people.
Investments
As part of investing, you can learn how to start investing and understand how the capital markets work. Our courses are divided into beginners and advanced courses, so there is something for everyone. We also discuss the functioning of the real estate and commodity markets with the participants, with each course being conducted in the form of a workshop, where the participants are more involved in the action and we can freely discuss the possibilities of building a portfolio and how to choose the right instruments in the market with attractive returns.
Investing for beginners
Come and learn with us how to effectively evaluate your finencial resources. You will learn the basics and history of investing, we will go through mutual funds, real estate and gold. We will guide you through the optimal setup of your first portfolio, which cant hen serve you for a lifetime. You will learn how to do it in our course.

Whatever stage of investing you are at, this yourse will help you make your portfolio even more efficient. In our course you will learn everything about QIF (Qualifying Investor Funds), cryptocurrencies, ETF versus mutual funds or something from the world of alternative investments.

Real Estate
Courses with a focus on real estate are new to us and are divided into real estate law and investment property. Here you can learn many skills, such as how to choose the right investment property for yourself and how to secure purchase and lease agreements from a legal perspective. A very practical course.
Investing in real estate
Are you thinking about safe and stable appreciation of your financial resources? Then this yourse is the right choice for you. Having an investment real estate in portfolio is a dream for most of us and we will show how to do it. You may find out that i tis not that complicated, all you need is a determination and be well informed in real estate market. In this course you will also try working with price maps and how to find suitable location (comparison the Czech republic versus foreign countries. You will also learn about the best return on an investment apartment and how much it should earn you to make really interesting. We will also discuss the taxes issue.

Real estate law, or what to watch out for when selling/buying/renting property
Come and learn with us how to be efficient when buying, selling or renting a real estate. Our course will prepare you how to go through this path withnout unnecessary difficulties. You will find out what, for example, purchase or lease contracts should contain and what the PENB label is for, including when to pay real estate tax.

Finance and Business
Courses focused on finance and entrepreneurship will show you the main differences between running a business as a self-employed person and a company, primarily an LLC, including how to set up cash flow, marketing, taxes and accounting. The financial courses are focused on classic financial literacy – you can pick up a lot of knowledge not only in terms of investing and saving, but also in terms of credit, and you may also find that a mortgage can be interesting in certain circumstances.
Starting a business for self-employed versus Ltd.
Are you planning to start your own business and wondering which formo f business to choose? In our course we will introduce you the basic differences, advantages and possible obstacles that you may encounter when starting your business. You can look forward to the basics of accounting, tax issues, marketing and optimal cash-flow settings, including drawing up a business plan.
